Winfred was the daughter of Wolford and Lillie (Wilkerson) York. She married Paul R. Rodriguez on December 7, 1962. Winfred was a homemaker.

Her parents and husband preceded Winfred in death. Survivors include, three sons, James Drake of OKC, OK, Phillip Drake of Grove, OK, Thomas Drake of Modesto, CA, three daughters, Elisa Rodriguez of Kansas City, MO, Vicki Dawn Drake Wichita, KS, Cherri Gay Crittenden of Grove, OK, one sister, Jacgui Kempaef of Tulsa, OK, 18 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2010, 2:00 P.M. at the Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel, in Chandler, Oklahoma, with Rev. Mike Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow at Davenport Cemetery, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma.
