Irma Frances (Tull) Drury was born on October 10, 1917, in Augusta, Kansas, and departed this life on Friday, January 22, 2010, in Midwest City, Oklahoma, at the age of 92.

Irma, the daughter of David Forrest and Nancy Ann (Hayter) Tull, was a former resident of Prague. She married Linvel Bartlett “L.B.” Drury on March 16, 1939. He preceded her in death on August 14, 1977. Irma worked in the Soil Conservation office in Purcell. Irma later moved to Prague and on January 25, 1956 she and Lynn bought the Haynie Variety Store in Prague and operated Drury’s Variety Store for 23 years. She then became a homemaker and was a member of the First Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by her parents; son, Earl Drury; daughter in law, Carol (Wilkinson) Drury and son in law, Jim Driskill.

Survivors include son, Lynn Francis Drury of Norman; daughter, Lynelle(Drury0 Driskill of Moore; daughter-in-law, Linda Drury of Prague; grandchildren, Tammy, Russell, Kenneth, Disa, Greg, Brian, Celeah; 10 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 10:00 AM, at the First Baptist Church in Prague with Bro. Tim Emmons officiating. Interment will follow at the Prague Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
