Blanche was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William Radebaugh, brother Ralph and sister Fay.

She is survived by her step-children, Robert Radebaugh of Oklahoma City, OK, Georgann Hancock of Oklahoma City, OK and Joann Miller of Oklahoma City, OK; 2 brothers and sisters-in-law, Floyd & Pat Rager Oklahoma City, OK, Clarence & Blanche Rager of Austin, TX; 3 sisters & brother-in-law, Ruth & Charles Riggs of Mt. Juliet, TN, Bessie Hollandsworth of Oklahoma City, OK and Mary Mitchell of Harrah, OK, and many nephews, great-nephews, nieces, great-nieces and friends.

Services will be 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 22, 2009, at the Asa Smith Memorial Chapel, Harrah, OK, with Dr. Charles McDade officiating. Interment will follow at Memory Lane Cemetery, Harrah, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
