Marjorie "Margie" Delores Lowe was born on November 12, 1937, in McLoud, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Tuesday, December 8, 2009, in Meeker, Oklahoma, at the age of 72.

Margie, the daughter of Ruben Henry and Bessie (Embry) Redding, was a resident of Meeker. She married Joseph Henry Lowe on June 28, 1956, in Wellston, Oklahoma. Margie was a homemaker and a member of the Meeker First United Methodist Church. Her parents; sister, Ruby Redding; brother, Tommy Algeo; daughter, Delores June Lowe; grandchildren, Deana Joelle Duroy and Alyssa Dawn Sherrill, preceded Marjorie in death.

Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Joseph Lowe of Meeker; daughters and sons-in-law, Rose and Art McCoy of Holdenville, Jolene and Keith Gibson of Meeker, Jan and Mike Wilkins of Moore, Paula and Jimmie, Jr., Cox of Meeker, Jeannie and Doug Williams of Harrah; nine grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; sisters and brother-in-law, Wanda Sturgis of Tecumseh, Norma Jean and Charles McMillan of Hephzibah, GA.
